본 약관은 놀거리즘(이하 "운영자")가 제공하는 놀거리즘 앱(이하 "서비스")의 이용과 관련하여 운영자와 이용자 간의 권리·의무 및 책임 사항을 규정함을 목적으로 합니다.
서비스는 이용자가 입력한 여행 조건을 바탕으로 AI가 날짜별 여행 일정을 생성하고, 번역·통역, 여행 기록(다이어리), 날씨·환율 정보, 데이트 코스 생성, 외부 예약·지도 서비스로의 연결 등을 제공합니다.
서비스는 스카이스캐너, 부킹닷컴, 클룩, Rome2Rio, 구글 지도, 유튜브, Wise 등 제3자 서비스로 연결되는 링크를 포함합니다. 해당 서비스의 이용에는 각 서비스의 약관 및 정책이 적용되며, 운영자는 제3자 서비스의 내용·정확성에 대해 책임지지 않습니다.
서비스의 일부 예약·환전 링크에는 제휴(어필리에이트) 식별자가 포함될 수 있으며, 이용자가 이를 통해 예약·이용할 경우 운영자가 수수료를 받을 수 있습니다. 이는 이용자에게 추가 비용을 발생시키지 않습니다. 서비스는 어떤 경우에도 이용자의 결제·송금·환전 절차를 직접 처리하지 않으며, 해당 절차는 전적으로 제휴사(Wise 등)의 서비스 안에서 이루어집니다.
서비스 및 그 콘텐츠(디자인, 로고, 소프트웨어 등)에 대한 권리는 운영자 또는 정당한 권리자에게 있습니다. 이용자는 운영자의 사전 동의 없이 이를 복제·배포·상업적으로 이용할 수 없습니다. 이용자가 직접 작성·저장한 다이어리 등의 콘텐츠에 대한 권리는 이용자에게 있습니다.
운영자는 서비스의 내용을 개선·변경하거나, 운영상·기술상 필요에 따라 서비스의 전부 또는 일부를 중단할 수 있습니다.
운영자는 필요 시 본 약관을 변경할 수 있으며, 변경 시 앱 또는 본 페이지를 통해 공지합니다. 변경 후에도 서비스를 계속 이용하는 경우 변경된 약관에 동의한 것으로 봅니다.
본 약관은 대한민국 법률에 따라 해석되며, 서비스 이용과 관련한 분쟁은 관련 법령에 따른 관할 법원에서 해결합니다.

These Terms govern the rights, obligations, and responsibilities between the Nolgeorism operator ("we") and users regarding use of the Nolgeorism app ("Service").
The Service uses AI to generate day-by-day travel itineraries based on the trip preferences you enter, and provides translation/interpretation, a travel diary, weather and currency information, date-course generation, and links to external booking and map services.
The Service includes links to third-party services such as Skyscanner, Booking.com, Klook, Rome2Rio, Google Maps, YouTube, and Wise. Use of those services is subject to their own terms and policies.
Some booking and currency-exchange links in the Service may include affiliate identifiers, and we may receive a commission if you use them. This does not add any cost to you. The Service never handles your payment, transfer, or currency exchange directly — those flows happen entirely within the partner's own service (e.g., Wise).
Rights to the Service and its content belong to the operator or the rightful owners. Content you create and store yourself (e.g., diary entries) remains yours.
We may improve or change the Service, or suspend all or part of it for operational or technical reasons.
We may revise these Terms when necessary and will announce changes via the app or this page.
These Terms are interpreted under the laws of the Republic of Korea.
